Age 80, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024. Beloved husband of the late Ronda (Browarsky) Lafferty. Loving father of Nicole Emanuelo (Joseph) and the late Reed Lafferty. Preceded in death by his parents, James and Esther Lafferty and brother Robert J. Lafferty; He left behind a brother, James R. Lafferty. John was born in Pittsburgh on February 16, 1944, and lived in Wilkinsburg until he married at the age of 25. John was a beloved car aficionado that helped to pursue a career with auto repair. He was self-employed and one of the owners of Jack Lafferty Truck Parts with his son Reed for over 25 years. He enjoyed car cruising in his 1953 Packard Convertible.
